Whilst in the heart of the Spey Valley, take the opportunity to enjoy the art of distilling in authentic surroundings by visiting the great Speyside distilleries: Glenfiddich, Glenlivet and The Macallan.
GOLF
Scotland is renowned for its golf courses. There are many courses of varying standards within easy reach including: Rothes, Spey Bay, Dufftown, Lossiemouth, Nairn.
CAIRNGORM NATIONAL PARK
The nearby Grampian and Cairngorm Mountains offer opportunities all year round, including skiing at Aviemore and The Lecht during winter months and climbing, sailing, windsurfing and canoeing in summer months.

Elgin is well known for its cashmere mill, Johnstons of Elgin, where visitors can enjoy mill tours as well as the opportunity to buy luxury items in their prestigious shop. The area also boasts Baxters in Fochabers and Walkers of Aberlour.
Local shops and amenities can be found in Rothes, Aberlour and Fochabers. There are supermarkets and larger shops in Elgin, just ten miles away. Here you will also find a range of attractions including a leisure centre, skating, bowling alley, karting, restaurants and a cathedral.
Collie is ideally situated, within easy driving distance of the fine beaches and seaside villages of the Moray Firth. You can take boat trips from many of the coastal harbours to see the famous Moray Firth dolphins and go pony trekking along the sandy beaches. The beautiful coastline offers wonderful beaches at Cullen, Hopeman, Lossiemouth, Roseisle and Spey Bay.
